If you're not completely happy with your hair, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment. We’re committed to ensuring you love your look, and we’re happy to make adjustments if needed.
Please understand that leaving feedback after a longer period isn’t fair to us, as we can’t know what products or treatments you may have used in the meantime. To make sure we can offer the best possible solution, we ask that you reach out within 48 hours.
CANCELATION POLICY
Every appointment is reserved especially for you, with dedicated time set aside to provide your service.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible.
- 48 hours notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on your booked service.
- 24 hours notice or less: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend your appointment without notice ("no-show"), will incur a 100% cancellation fee for the total cost of your booked service.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and genuine emergencies do happen. We will always do our best to be understanding where circumstances are beyond your control.
As a small business, when an appointment is cancelled at short notice, it's often too late to fill that booking. Unlike salaried employees, we don't get paid simply for being at work we're only paid when we're providing services. Our cancellation policy helps protect the time we've reserved especially for you and allows us to continue providing the highest level of service to all of our clients.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients. In this case, the applicable cancellation fee may still apply, and payment will be required before a new appointment can be booked.
You will receive a confirmation and reminder message 48 hours before your appointment, giving you plenty of time to confirm, reschedule, or cancel if needed.
